Become a Volunteer
The number of volunteers in our department is dwindling and we need your help. If you live or work in the Macedon community, you can become part of the Macedon Center Fire Department.
Types of Memberships
There are two types of membership in our fire department.
ACTIVE membership is for those individuals who wish to participate as a firefighter, both interior and exterior. Active members have voting privileges.
SOCIAL membership is for those individuals who wish to participate in social events only. These may include softball, lumberjack festivals, picnics, or other social events that may be held. These members do not have voting privileges.
